Terms of Service

By creating an account or submitting a beta application, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

VibeManager is a platform that runs an autonomous software development pipeline. You submit a plain-language idea; specialized AI agents generate a product plan, architecture, tasks, and (in Phase 2) deployable code. During beta, the service is provided free. Credit-based pricing applies at GA.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

• You are responsible for your account credentials.
• You may not share your account with others.
• You must provide accurate information when applying for beta access or creating an account.

You agree not to use VibeManager to:

• Generate software that violates applicable law.
• Generate software intended to harass, exploit, or endanger others.
• Generate malware, spyware, surveillance tooling, or tools designed to circumvent security.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise extract the platform's internal models or pipeline.
• Exceed rate limits or attempt to starve other users' pipelines.

Violation may result in termination without refund.

You retain ownership of your submitted ideas, generated artifacts, and generated code. You grant VibeManager a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of delivering the service. We do not use your content for model training, resale, or any purpose beyond pipeline execution.

Generated code is provided "as is." VibeManager does not warrant that generated code is bug-free, secure for all use cases, or fit for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and testing generated code before shipping it to end users.

(Applies post-GA; during beta, the service is free.)

• Free-trial credits expire after 30 days.
• Purchased credits (Pay As You Go) do not expire.
• Pro subscription renews monthly; credits roll over up to one month.
• Purchased credits are non-refundable. We may refund credits consumed by a pipeline failure that was clearly our fault, at our discretion.
• Billing is processed by Polar. By purchasing, you agree to Polar's terms.

VibeManager integrates with third-party services (deployment platforms, inference providers, payment processors). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. VibeManager is not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.

VibeManager pushes generated code to your connected deployment platform. VibeManager is not the host; we are the build system. You are responsible for the ongoing operation, security, and availability of your deployed application.

During beta:

• The service is provided free.
• Features may change, break, or disappear without notice.
• We may limit or revoke beta access at our discretion.
• Feedback you provide may be used to improve the service.

• You may delete your account at any time. All project artifacts, credentials, and personal data are removed within 30 days.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, abusive behavior, or non-payment.

VibeManager is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeManager's total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or, during beta, $100).

We will announce material changes via email to registered users at least 30 days before they take effect.
